You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and get, want, and have capacity to do the following things:
- Accurately and efficiently fill and label processed prescriptions while prioritizing a fill-management queue
- Maintain systems for dispensing and inventory control
- Accurately maintain inventory of batched/ stocked medications
- Provide pick-up service to walk-in patients
- Assist with various tasks in the pharmacy to support overall operations
We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers each day:
- Fill and dispense prescriptions with appropriate packaging and labeling (200-300 per day)
- Manage quality-control tasks within our electronic quality management system (5-10 per week)
- Process in-person patient pick-ups (15-20 per day)
