Certified Pharmacy Technician Full-Time, In-Person position in our
Durham, North Carolina location.
They need a Pharmacy Technician who can facilitate the day-to-day operations of a retail pharmacy in a clinical setting. This position requires strong organizational skills. The pharmacist will be responsible for obtaining prior medication approvals for all CBC locations. We will provide retail coverage for both Durham and Hillsborough locations as needed.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5 00 pm
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education and work experience.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Pioneer Pharmacy System experience
- Cover My Meds experience
- Electronic Medical Records experience

Beneficial Skills & Experience:
- Using Pioneer Pharmacy System: processing refills, entering new prescriptions, filling medications, working the point-of-sale system
- Answering phone calls and providing service to customers by answering their questions with a high level of customer service
- Be able to work with Cover My Meds and the Electronic Medical Record system, then generate a response to any rejected prior approvals.
- Work closely with clinic providers regarding patient care
