The Retail Network Management Team is responsible for overseeing and optimizing our network relationships with retail pharmacies. We work closely with pricing, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, manage contracts, and present strategic insights that align with organizational goals. Our aim is to foster strong partnerships, drive network growth, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
As a Senior Director of Retail Network Management, you will manage network communication, oversee contract pricing, and lead retail pharmacy presentations. You will actively contribute to strategic planning and collaborate with various teams to implement network strategies that support our business objectives.
Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Atlanta office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
- Strategic and Tactical Communication:
- Communicate strategic and tactical business items to the network team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for network-related inquiries and updates, providing clear and concise information to relevant stakeholders.
- Contract Management:
- Oversee and manage contract pricing in collaboration with the pricing team, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Analyze the impact of contract pricing on Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and make informed decisions to optimize financial performance with the finance team.
- Retail Pharmacy Presentations:
- Prepare and present comprehensive network-related presentations to retail pharmacies, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
- Address any questions or concerns from retail pharmacy partners, fostering strong and collaborative relationships.
- Strategic Planning Participation:
- Actively participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing valuable insights and recommendations to drive network growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network strategies that align with overall business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field OR equivalent experience; a master’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience in network management with a strong understanding of contract pricing and its impact on P&L.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to retail pharmacies or similar entities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to participate in and contribute to high-level planning discussions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Starting Salary: $135,000 - $180,000*
- Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
