Enterprise Director of Pharmacy Services- Regulatory, Quality and Medication Safety

Utilize your experience in pharmacy leadership to work collaboratively with Pharmacy VP, site directors and managers across the NYP Health System to optimize medication safety, lead all regulatory surveys, and improve quality of pharmacy services in the hospital setting. Role is responsible for process improvement initiatives that contribute to high quality care, increased medication safety and optimal regulatory compliance across all areas of pharmacy practice.
Preferred Criteria
- PharmD
- PGY-1
- Previous experience working within a multi-hospital health system
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Pharmacy Director, Assistant Director or Manager
Required Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy with an applicable Master's or Doctorate Degree
- Minimum 3 years recent hospital/institutional experience or related experience in Pharmacy Practice
- Thorough understanding of a large complex health care environment and prior experience planning and directing regulatory surveys, leading medication safety initiatives, and creating new programs to meet patients, providers and hospitals quality needs is required.

Salary Range
$191,000-$255,000/Annual
