USD $147,648.00 - USD $184,559.00 /Yr.

Overview
Due to growth, we are adding Director, Pharmacy Fulfillment Operations to our Lumicera Administration department! An unrestricted pharmacy license is required for this role, and we encourage pharmacist applications with central fill, pharmacy product logistics exposure, and/or experience opening new pharmacies, moving existing establishments, or workflow process optimization.
Under general direction of the Vice President, Operations at Lumicera Health Services, the Director, Fulfillment Operations is responsible for directing the vision, strategy, and delivery of Lumicera and Lumicera partner pharmacy fulfillment operations. The Director is responsible for creating compliant, safe, and efficient fulfillment operations including inventory management, cold chain management, prescription dispensing and final verification, shipping, and service delivery. The Director is responsible for development of an effective cross-functional department through organization design, process improvements, and cross training. Additionally, the Director must ensure appropriate staffing and training is provided to support operational redundancy and business continuity while optimizing the staffing model.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
- Conduct operational redesign and develop and execute business strategies that increase service levels, operational capabilities, and efficiencies. Including oversight of pharmacy capacity, new pharmacy locations, and pharmacy redesign.
- Direct and oversee Patient Services and Specialty Programs staffing requirements by analyzing trends, developing forecasts, researching business requirements, and analyzing workflows, in conjunction with WFM function.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure necessary systems and applications are in place to support fulfillment operations and that all operational systems are continuously evaluated for proper operation, efficiency, and tracking/reporting capabilities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives and new service offerings of the organization.
- Develop and implement continuous operational improvements focused on enhancing the level of patient care while optimizing the customer experience.
- Collaborate with leaders from across the organization to optimize processes to improve efficiency, safety, and patient experience.
- Ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of pharmacy service KPIs to other Pharmacy Managers and Executive Leaders.
- Assist in the creation and reporting of ongoing Quality Improvement Projects, as well as actively participating and contributing to the Quality Oversight Review Committee.
- Investigate, present, and create business cases around new technology solutions and/or processes to aid in either more efficient pharmacy fulfillment operations or enhanced patient experience.
- Develop and oversee an efficient, cost effective, safe, and patient-centric fulfillment strategy across all fulfillment locations, encompassing fulfillment process, packaging, shipping, and service delivery and recovery.
- Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.

Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
- Graduate of ACPE Accreditation School of Pharmacy with a B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D, degree with current, unrestricted license required.
- Current resident Pharmacist license with current, unrestricted license; must continually maintain education credits to maintain active licensure.
- Minimum of five years as a licensed pharmacist preferred.
- 4 – 5 years’ experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Managed care and/or PBM experience preferred.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
