- This position requires the ability to multitask within a high-volume concierge contact center setting.
- The pharmacy technician will assist in providing pharmacy services. Other related skills may be required to perform this job.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED. Two years pharmacy experience working under a license pharmacist or completion of certified pharmacy technical program.
- Working knowledge of third-party claims process.

- Ability to process Coverage Determination Requests within CMS Timeframes
- Ability to communicate all pharmacy benefits both verbally and written.
- Ability to have strong attention to detail while multitasking within a high demand environment.
Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmacy Retail, PBM, Hospital, Managed Care
- Experience with Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access
- Knowledge of prescription drug names, therapeutic classes and claims processin
- Knowledge of Privacy Regulation
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred
